Public roadmap
In development and planned.
Apps in development are coming later. Planned products are future ideas that have not started development.
Infrastructure Priority
Automated Checkout
Self-serve licensing — no waiting, no middlemen.
Right now every app license requires a manual handoff. Automated Checkout replaces that with a secure, off-grid checkout flow: you pick your license, pay once, and receive a signed key — zero cloud accounts required on our end, zero tracking on yours. This is a foundational infrastructure milestone that unlocks self-serve access for all MDStack apps.
Priority Update — This is the gate that unlocks self-serve access across all MDStack apps. Timeline: active development cycle.
Coming Soon / In Development
SyncVault TV
Coming soonPair with SyncVault Mobile to transfer and play files from your own encrypted vault on Android TV. Local transfers use your network; MDStack supplies no media.
SyncVault Server
Coming soonRun a SyncVault sync hub on your own hardware. Choose direct local transfers or transfers through your server, including when you are away from home; MDStack does not carry your files.
EMMDEE
A polished Emby client for Android TV and Fire TV.
EMMDEE is an Emby client for Android TV and Fire TV. Connect directly to an Emby server you run or are independently authorised to use, then browse and play its media on your TV. Your Emby access and media come separately; MDStack supplies the client app. Development targets include compatible direct play, Emby transcoding fallback, 4K/HDR, subtitles, and audio passthrough.
- Direct play where compatible
- Emby transcoding fallback
- 4K/HDR and subtitle support
- Audio passthrough
- Browse your authorised Emby library
Dupe-Removarr
Find duplicate files in folders you control.
Dupe-Removarr is a self-hosted tool that scans folders you choose for duplicate files. Review potential matches and decide what to remove; it does not delete files automatically. MDStack receives no library or scan data. Only licence validation communicates with MDStack.
- Local scans of folders you choose
- Review duplicates before removal
- No automatic deletion
- No usage analytics or library telemetry
- Licence validation only with MDStack
Planned / Future
StackLounge
Your own media living room — watch together, in sync.

Connect your Plex, Emby or Jellyfin server and your files stream directly, never through our servers.

- Bring your own library — Plex, Emby, Jellyfin
- Voice, video & live emote reactions
- Drag-and-drop customisable hub
Amusik
Your music library. No subscriptions. No surveillance.

- Bring Your Own Media (local + NAS + DLNA)
- P2P sync across Android, Android TV and Web
- Calm, distraction-free listening UI
- Offline-first — no internet required to play
- Zero telemetry, no accounts
